This website provides general information about GreenDigital Systems LLC, its public services, starting prices, selected work, and public tools. Website content does not create a client relationship or replace a signed proposal, statement of work, or agreement.

2. Estimates are not final quotes

The project estimate calculator uses selected public starting prices. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after discovery and may change based on complexity, integrations, data sensitivity, risk, urgency, support requirements, and third-party costs.

3. Free Digital Snapshot

The Free Digital Snapshot is a limited automated review of specific public website signals. It is not a penetration test, complete accessibility audit, legal compliance audit, proof of security, or complete SEO audit. Results should be treated as preliminary observations.

4. No guaranteed outcomes

GDS does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, lead counts, revenue, advertising results, or other outcomes that depend on third-party platforms, market conditions, client actions, or variables outside the agreed scope.

5. Performance examples and proof

When GDS displays a specific client or campaign result, it is presented in the stated project context. A past result, including an advertising result, is not a promise or guarantee that another business, campaign, budget, market, or time period will produce the same outcome.

6. Third-party services

The website may link to or load third-party services such as Calendly after user action. Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.

7. Intellectual property

GreenDigital Systems branding, original site content, and GDS-created materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Selected work and third-party brands remain subject to their respective ownership and license rights.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, forms, assistant, or snapshot endpoint to attempt unauthorized access, scan private networks, submit malicious content, overload services, bypass technical restrictions, or interfere with other users.

9. Project terms control

Any paid engagement is governed by the applicable signed agreement, approved proposal, or statement of work. Those project-specific terms control over general website descriptions where they differ.
