Commitment

GreenDigital Systems LLC is committed to making its public website usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, zoom, reduced-motion settings, and other assistive technologies.

Accessibility target

The development target for this site is WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably achievable. This statement does not claim that every page or third-party experience has been independently certified or that no accessibility defect can exist.

Measures implemented

• Semantic headings and page landmarks.
• Keyboard-accessible navigation, dialogs, forms, calculator, snapshot tool, and assistant controls.
• Visible focus states.
• Form labels and validation-oriented structure.
• Meaningful alternative text for relevant images.
• Responsive layouts and touch-friendly controls.
• Reduced-motion handling through the user’s operating-system preference.
• Accessible names for modal, carousel, assistant, privacy, and menu controls.

Third-party content

Calendly is a third-party booking experience loaded after a visitor chooses to book. GDS can control how the booking dialog is opened and framed, but not every internal accessibility behavior of Calendly’s hosted content.

Known limits and testing

Accessibility testing combines automated/static checks with keyboard and responsive review. Automated testing cannot prove complete accessibility, and additional issues may be identified through real assistive-technology use or future site changes.
